IT ALL STARTED BACK…

 

In 2005, when Angie Black became a first time mum, she realised how difficult it was to fit exercise into her hectic schedule. Becoming a parent is all consuming, and fitness can easily go out the window with all the demands (old and new) that come with this season of life.

The desire to help people realise you can fit exercise into your day, no matter how busy your day is, was Angie’s mission.

And so Fit My Day was born.

Angie has worked in the fitness industry for more than 25 years from the gym floor, aerobics instructing, as a PE and Health teacher, and personal trainer.

Angie is a qualified personal trainer with a BA in Human Movement Studies, a Diploma in Education and Certificate III and IV in PT and Group Fitness.

Now as a mother of three, she understands the importance of fitting exercise into a busy life and encourages all her clients to do the same.

When it comes to living a well-rounded healthy lifestyle - knowledge, action and passion pours out of Angie! She truly walks (typically runs) the talk and that’s why her clients love her.

She’s inspirational, motivational, challenging and cheerful. Angie makes it her personal goal to know every client and how best to support them in their fitness and health journey.

Qualifications

  • BA Human Mvt Studies

  • Diploma in Education

  • Cert IV in PT and group fitness

  • Certificate in Psychology, Behaviour Change and Wellbeing Management

  • Certified First Aid provider Medilife Training
